Today I'm sharing a replay of an essential karate class that's incredibly valuable to practice regularly.
This comprehensive 90-minute session is designed for all levels and will help you master (or revisit) the most fundamental exercises and principles of Shotokan Karate: basic stances, relaxation, timing, speed and power generation, eliminating unnecessary movements, and much more.
You'll also practice introductory Jyu Kumite (free sparring) exercises and work on our most important—yet often underestimated—kata: Heian Shodan.
