June Karate Live Online Seminar

🔥 Next live online seminar will be held on Saturday 21th June 2025!

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm pleased to announce that the next online seminar will be held on Saturday June 21, 2025 from 5:30 to 7pm (Paris time).

The class will be for all levels and as I announced in my last video we we’ll be focusing on the 3 main body compressions to build power. We'll also work on a very demanding “leg-burning” exercise to build a strong Kokutsu-dachi, which I inherited from Isaka Sensei in Japan! 👊

🧐 Practical information

To take part in the session, I simply recommend that you wear your Do-gi (Karate uniform) or comfortable sportswear, have a towel and water, and be in a quiet place - ideally alone - so that you can fully concentrate on the class and get the most out of it!

The workshop will be broadcast live via the Zoom app, which you can download here for Mac and PC, and which is available on all stores for your tablets or mobiles.

After the session, the replay will be available with no time limit for all the paid members (So you can train with us whatever your time zone).

If you’re a paid member you will be able to find the link to access the live session just below in the “PS” section.

I will post the link to access the live here a few days before the seminar.
