A complete Karate class in 20 minutes — perfect when life gets busy but your spirit still wants to train.
If you don’t have time to make it to the Dōjō — or if you’re just feeling a bit too lazy to start — this short session is perfect for you.
Let’s train together for only 20 minutes. You’ll feel refreshed, centered, and proud that you took the time to move today!
This Shotokan Karate class is designed to fit in a small space and can even be done in less than 15 minutes if you skip my explanations.
In this session, we’ll go through:
A short warm-up
Some burpees for strength and cardio
Kihon covering all the basic techniques (no big space needed)
A few Kumite combinations
And finally, the Tekki Shodan Kata
This class is a reminder that you can train and improve even in a very short time — as long as your mind stays focusedand fully present.
During Kihon and Kumite, use your imagination to visualize your opponent and your goals.
Stay connected to your breath, to the sensations in your body, and to the subtle feeling of progress within your movement.
