You will find below the full replay of last Saturday’s live online seminar.
The main theme of the class was to find relaxation in our technique while creating powerful and dynamic movements.
Here is the training outline:
Full warm-up
Basic and advanced Kihon to work on the “Relax - Kime -Relax” feeling in punches (Oi Zuki and Gyaku Zuki) and blocks (Age Uke, Soto Uke and Gedan Barai)
Kihon for relaxing the kicks (Mae Geri and Yoko Geri Keage)
Kihon for finding relaxation in Kumite moves (Oi Zuki, Kizami Zuki and Gyaku Zuki)
Stretching
Empi Kata practice
